Produce Team Lead Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic leader to join our team as a Produce Team Lead.

This leadership position would suit an ambitious and experienced fresh food professional who is looking to develop their skills in people management, stock control, and operational efficiency.

You will have the opportunity to enhance your career through continuous learning and development while driving team performance and engagement.

  • Fostering excellent communication and leadership skills that nurture and drive team productivity and morale.
  • Stock management expertise, including planning, merchandising and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work full-time on an agreed roster across trading hours, including some early and late shifts, and alternate weekends.

The annual salary range equivalent, based on a standard full-time roster, is $70K - $73K inclusive of superannuation.
