Job Title:

Production Supervisor

Key Functions:
  • Supervise software production team to set, assign and achieve daily order targets.
  • Manage resource allocation and training of people in the software production team.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support business-wide strategic objectives.
  • Provide technical assistance to software and EGM assembly process.
  • Support Manufacturing and Quality Engineering in addressing day-to-day process or quality issues.
  • Develop reports to monitor relevant metrics/KPI and identify action plans.
Key Experiences:
  • Knowledge of Production metrics - Productivity, Efficiency, Throughput, Yield.
  • Experience in leading a small to medium team.
  • Production or Manufacturing Engineering experience is desirable.
  • Strong MRP background (preferably SAP).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into meaningful reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in production supervisory, production engineering or manufacturing engineering role.
  • University or TAFE-obtained technical degree or diploma.
