Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our business growth initiatives in the financial services sector.

  • This role will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding existing relationships.
  • You will work closely with our creative, production, and digital teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business growth in financial services through consultative selling and solution-oriented approach;
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline via LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound activity;
  • Engage senior-level stakeholders and convert complex client needs into campaign strategies;
  • Build strategic partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to execute on client briefs and deliver measurable results.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in marketing, media, or financial services);
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to team success;
  • Proven success in new business development – not just account management;
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to challenge client thinking and influence outcomes;
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven;
  • Familiar with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-moving and collaborative environment.
