Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to position the business for sale or investment.
  • Engage with potential buyers, including strategic investors and private equity firms.
  • Negotiate deal terms and support management through the transaction process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure a smooth and successful process.

This role requires a strong negotiator with deep experience in M&A, corporate strategy, and business development.

A successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a private equity, investment banking, or M&A consulting environment. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
