About the Role
This role focuses mainly on efficiently handling and sorting mails, ensuring accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced team environment on a client's site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily mail and courier management
- Handling and resolving customer phone and email enquiries
- Maintaining office equipment, supplies, and stationery
- Maintaining database updates and presentation
- Courier bookings and lodgements with various companies
- Light cleaning duties
- Ad hoc administration and tasks
- Some heavy lifting may be involved
About You
To be successful in this role, you should display a positive attitude and be a highly reliable individual. You should have a keen eye for details, good computer literacy, and the ability to create effective presentations.
You should possess strong communication skills, excellent administrative, time management, and organisational skills, with a desire to deliver and exceed client expectations.
What We Offer
