Financial Administrator and Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator and Program Coordinator to join our team at First People Recruitment Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing financial management, program administration, procurement, and contract management support.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administration and record-keeping, financial administration, procurement, and contract management support to our National Office team. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining stakeholder engagement, contributing to communication materials, and documenting processes.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience working with established processes, adapting to dynamic workloads, and possessing a sound understanding of Commonwealth Procurement Rules and Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
What's on OfferThis APS5 or APS6 equivalent hourly rate contract offers a notional 6-month contract with potential for extension. The position is based in Canberra, ACT.
The successful candidate will also receive a competitive salary estimated to be around $80-$110 per hour, depending on experience. Australian citizens are eligible to apply, and a National Police Check within the last 6 months is preferred.
