Media Investment Manager Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the team in identifying innovative insights and providing thought leadership. This involves utilizing senior media relationships to uncover new opportunities and develop strategies that drive business growth.

To achieve this, you will need to monitor team communication with media partners, ensuring timely and consistent briefing and feedback. You will also act as the custodian of all team processes and supporting documentation related to Media Implementation best practice.

The successful candidate will have strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build value-adding relationships with media owners, internal stakeholders, auditors, and relevant clients. They will also be responsible for preparing negotiation documents and monitoring financial commitments to media.

In addition, you will be expected to arrange meetings, prepare WIP reports, compile deal tracking, and perform financial administration, campaign monitoring, buying, and post-analysis processes. Consistently delivering campaign objectives in accordance with approved media plans is essential.

This role requires advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience negotiating deals to meet client expectations within budget. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of commercial arrangements with all clients and be able to manage workflow, delegate tasks across the team, and lead and develop capability amongst a team of high performers.
