About This Role

You will spearhead growth, innovation, and profitability across our Media vertical as a commercially driven Vertical Lead – Media & Telco. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends strategic vision, deep industry expertise, and customer obsession.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Client Leadership: Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure impactful delivery and unlock follow-on opportunities.
  • Business Growth: Define and execute the strategic vision for the Media vertical. Manage the vertical's P&L, driving sustainable revenue and profitability.
  • Team & Resource Management: Lead and develop a team of direct reports. Collaborate with other leads to ensure effective resourcing and margin optimisation.
