We are seeking a highly organised HR & Workforce Coordinator to support our expanding care team. As the link between our people and leadership, you will manage recruitment, HR compliance, rostering, and staff support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staff rosters and ensure client shifts are filled
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Support staff training, development, and performance tracking
  • Provide HR and workforce support to managers and carers
