Southern Cross Care is a not-for-profit, comprehensive Aged Care organisation with over 50 years of quality care delivered. This exciting new role will be based out of our **Epping head office**. It is a **current 6 month fixed-term contract** with the possibility for extension.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:
Assisting with the recruitment process activities
Writing and posting advertisements
Coordinating interviews, pre-employment checks
Working with you key stakeholders in the business to understand their needs
Ensure you record all conversations and activities on the SCC database in an accurate and timely manner
Take personal responsibility and accountability for your own time management practices and effectiveness
To monitor on a daily basis your own personal productivity and to ensure your activities for the day are being maximised

A degree level qualification (preferred)
Strong database / computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers
Adaptable and agile, with the ability to prioritise
Hard working and can do attitude
Great people / communication skills (written & verbal) with confident phone manner
Hard-working, energetic and focused with a drive to succeed

Ideally you will have some recruitment or HR experience, great organisation skills, an eye for detail and most importantly a positive attitude.
