Care Talent are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Sunshine. Someone who wants a real career, with a purpose and passion, as you take on the next step on your journey.

**The Opportunity**:
A full-time position, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm, you will be working with a team who is supportive, flexible and wants to empower you to succeed. Where we differ from most healthcare recruitment businesses is that we have created a unique operating model which we are keen to talk to you about. Whilst there is an expectation that KPI's are met, more importantly is your ability to multi-task, handle multiple demands with a calm and measured approach.

**Key skills we're looking for**:

- Experience in Aged Care and or Disability is highly desirable.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with a good strategic mind
- High energy with a sense of urgency
- Superb telephone manner
- Time management skills
- Professional and adaptable
- Intermediate computer and MS office skills
