**Recruitment Marketing Specialist duties and responsibilities**
- Plan and implement a recruitment marketing plan to attract high-quality applicants for a variety of roles and locations that will be most effective in reaching target audiences
- Plan and manage campaigns and collateral - including content development
- Communicate regularly with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and People & Culture (P &C) team and operational leaders to understand SCC's hiring needs and organisational goals
- Oversee SCC's careers website pages, profiles on external job boards and other channels
- In conjunction with TA - ensure engaging job ads and optimal posting to channels
- Monitor employee review sites and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers
- Design and plan recruiting events in conjunction with TA and stakeholders
- Review onboarding experience with P & C for staff prior to joining SCC
- Generate monthly updates about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives
- Track, measure, and report on campaign results
- Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics.
- Research marketing and advertising trends in the employment industry
- Keep abreast of new trends in social media and digital channels
- Flexibility to assist the broader Marketing and Comms team with key projects as required based on business needs
- Occasional regional travel required to manage recruitment events and liaise with various stakeholders

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Previous working experience preferably as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for (2 +years) but experience in Marketing or Advertising considered
- In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies & recruitment marketing
- Hands on experience with recruitment marketing, recruitment software & dashboards
- Outstanding organisational & time management skills
- Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask & prioritise daily workload
- Creative thinker & proactive problem solver
