Airport Customer Service Representative

This is a unique opportunity to work in the aviation industry at Adelaide International Airport.
The Passenger Service Delivery Agent plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient passenger service functions. This includes check-in duties, gate agent responsibilities and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior customer experience for all airlines.
- Perform passenger check-in duties and other related tasks.
- Maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Regulations and Company policies.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including wheelchair assistance.
- Foster strong working relationships with team members and airline employees.
- Promote a positive company image through good grooming and behavior.
- Follow direction to achieve required aircraft departures on schedule.
Essential Criteria:
- Commitment to values and operating procedures.
- Adherence to safety, policy, procedures and processes.
- Desirable experience in customer service roles.
- Ability to handle pressured situations successfully.
- Effective communication skills with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to handle baggage up to 32kg and assist special needs passengers.
Employment is conditional upon a satisfactory security clearance and pre-employment medical test.
