Dynamic Career in Airport Services

As a vital member of our airport services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient passenger service functions at Adelaide International Airport.

This evening shift position requires a dedicated individual to deliver exceptional customer service, manage check-in duties, and adhere to regulatory requirements.

A key aspect of this role is assisting passengers with special needs, including wheelchair assistance, and ensuring all procedures are carried out within the regulations set by airlines.

As a valued member of our team, you will be expected to:

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Ensure all customer service requirements are met, providing a positive experience for passengers.
  • Passenger Check-in Duties: Carry out check-in responsibilities and other tasks related to passenger services.
  • Paperwork and Reporting: Complete necessary paperwork and reporting as per service delivery agreements and company requirements.
  • Disrupted or Delayed Services: Assist passengers during disrupted or delayed services, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • OH & S Compliance: Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Company OH & S Policies.
  • Reporting Incidents: Report incidents immediately and maintain awareness of obligations involved in reporting incidents.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with team members and client airline employees.
  • Company Image: Promote a positive company image and lead by example.

The ideal candidate will possess a commitment to our values and operating procedures, adherence to safety policies, and experience in customer service-oriented roles.
