We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Goldmark, the largest specialty jewellery retail chain in Australia.

As a key member of our HR team, you will contribute to developing and executing strategic functions within the department, aligning with our company's broader objectives. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction, utilizing your passion for employee lifecycle management to drive success in this newly created role.

With a strong background in HR, particularly in business partnership or equivalent roles, you will possess excellent communication and mentoring skills. You will thrive in a customer-focused environment, where your leadership and experience empower and inspire others. In this position, you will balance regulatory compliance with business goals, while fostering a high level of Team Member engagement and supporting our organizational culture and values.

Based in Summer Hill, you will work in a hands-on and supportive office environment, collaborating with a small team to implement projects and associated HR tasks. This opportunity offers a unique chance to grow and evolve our brands, working closely with senior leaders and empowering front-line Team Members and their leaders.

As an ideal candidate, you will have at least 8 years of experience in HR, holding a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Your fast-paced retail or hospitality background will provide valuable insights, enabling you to attract and onboard top talent effectively.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that contributes to both short- and medium-term business outcomes. As an experienced HR professional, you will receive autonomy to lead and manage, ensuring seamless execution of HR initiatives.
