About the Job
This role offers the opportunity to take a supervisory lead on the selling floor and support our Store Management team in day-to-day operations. You will provide coaching, feedback, and direction to the team while actively managing the selling floor and client experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Set the tone for excellence in all areas of the store.
- Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, feedback, and training to help them reach their full potential.
- Drive Sales Results: Implement strategies to increase store performance and achieve sales goals.
- Promote Department Confidence: Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages team members to excel.
- Deliver Training and Briefings: Prepare and present morning briefs and training sessions to ensure the team is equipped to succeed.
