Client Experience & AI Enablement Partner Location: Remote (Australia-based) | Melbourne office meets 2x/weekBe the reason clients say: "That was the smoothest onboarding I've ever had." And then:"I can't believe how much we're using AI already." We're looking for someone warm, sharp and deeply curious about AI to play a key role in the most important moments of our client journey.
You'll help new clients get up and running, guide them through early wins, and support hands-on training sessions that show teams how to use AI in their real day-to-day work.
This is a high-touch, fast-paced role that blends delivery, support, and enablement.
You'll work closely with our AI Training Lead and Delivery team, and often be the first person clients really trust as they step into the world of AI.
You don't need to code.
But you do need to love people, be an exceptional communicator, and get excited about helping others succeed.
What you'll do: Guide clients through onboarding and early activation Keep momentum across diaries, updates, calls and comms Co-facilitate live AI training sessions (on Zoom and in person) Support clients in embedding AI tools into their actual workflows Flag opportunities, issues or emerging needs to our consultants and delivery leads Stay curious – you'll be learning constantly across LLMs, no-code and practical AI tools What we're looking for: 2–5 years' experience in roles like consulting, customer success, education or project delivery Strong communicator with experience running workshops or projects end-to-end Passionate about the potential of AI – even if you're not an expert (yet) Great with people – you ask smart questions, listen well, and love seeing others win Can navigate complexity, spot patterns, and simplify where needed Thrives in fast-moving environments and doesn't wait to be told what to do Why this role matters: Clients come to us energised but often overwhelmed.
