Workplace Culture Leader

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our People and Culture team. As a Workplace Culture Leader, you will play a key role in shaping a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

This is a strategic and operational HR leadership role where you will provide timely and accurate advice and support to executives, leaders and employees across all facets of HR.

  • You will guide and coach leaders on probationary and performance appraisal discussions, ensuring up-to-date HR records.
  • You will identify workplace trends, risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • You will ensure compliance with HR policies, workplace health and safety regulations and workers' compensation processes.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience as a HR Generalist, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, demonstrated experience managing and leading a team, and a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
