As a seasoned Human Resources Strategist, you will spearhead the development and implementation of HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and foster a high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and talent acquisition.
  • Provide strategic guidance on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning.
  • Identify and mitigate HR-related risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR generalist roles, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven expertise in HR software and systems, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
