An exciting role has become available for an experienced HR Generalist to lead our HR function in a collaborative and values-driven environment.

  • Develop and implement effective performance management strategies to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of HR professionals who embody our company's values.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across all levels of the business.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines that ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and awards.
  • Provide expert advice on IR/ER matters, injury management, and payroll administration to support the growth and success of the business.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a similar industry or setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in HR, such as SHRM-CP or SPHR.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
