Key Brewer Role

Job Overview:

This is a senior brewing position responsible for overseeing the consistency and quality of products.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in technical brewing, relevant tertiary or IBD qualifications, and a comprehensive understanding of winemaking/fermenting and bottling processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Train and coach staff members
  • Develop new product lines through rigorous testing and R&D
  • Manage production operations and packaging line/engineering/machinery

Requirements:

  • Several years of technical brewing experience
  • Relevant tertiary or IBD qualifications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Practical with a hands-on attitude

Company Overview:

Our company primarily brews and bottles kombucha but also produces and develops low and non-alc wine alternatives, beer-kombucha hybrids, ciders, and other beverages. We contract brew for other brands and products from our facility.
