Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Brewing Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of brewing operators to achieve performance targets.

You will work closely with operators across all brewing areas, assessing quality issues and responding to breakdowns. The Brewing department operates a 24/5 roster, requiring the ability to work rotating shifts, including night, afternoon, and day shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and controlling the production process
  • Implementing process changes as instructed by Technical Brewers
  • Managing team shift handovers and representing all shifts at daily production meetings
  • Ensuring accurate and timely entry of process data into systems
  • Completing shift admin and reports
  • Monitoring and controlling processes, correcting out-of-control processes when necessary
  • Facilitating effective teamwork through role allocation, tracking, and conflict resolution
