**Your Impact**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Brewing Planner, where you'll manage both tactical & strategic brewing plans to ensure a cost-optimised process. You will be responsible for delivering site brew plans that align with our packaging needs while balancing the requirements of various stakeholders and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and manage brewing schedules to support production efficiencies while mitigating operational risks.
- Act as a key liaison between Supply Planning and Manufacturing Brewing teams, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements.
- Foster a culture of safety and wellbeing, complying with all company and legislative safety standards.

**About You**

You are a motivated and driven individual with a strong willingness to learn and excel in a dynamic environment. You also bring:

- Previous experience in inventory or production planning in an FMCG environment. Manufacturing planning experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and preferably INFOR systems.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
