About the Opportunity:

We are expanding our team in the  Venue and seeking a full-time or part-time FOH Supervisor/s to assist with the day-to-day running of our bar and dining room. The FOH Supervisor provides hands-on support to the entire Front of House team and:

  • Leads by example to develop a positive team culture focused on a very high level of guest experience.
  • Supervises Food and/or Beverage operations across the venue.
  • Assists the Management Team with ordering, receiving of goods, inventory management, and stocktake.
  • Coordinates between restaurant/bar and other relevant departments to ensure that preparations for events involving restaurant and bar service have been made.
  • Trains and mentors new staff.

We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Weekend and night availability is a must.

Award Level rates of (Hospitality Award Level 3 or 4 depending on level of experience & responsibilities)

About You

Does the following sound like you?

  • You have experience in a similar role, either running a small bar team or a dining room.
  • You have ePOS and eBooking platform experience
  • You are guest-centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude.
  • You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills.
  • You are capable, reliable, and responsible.

If you answered 'yes' to the above and you have a passion for customer service, the skills to build rapport with guests and are dedicated to creating memorable experiences every day, then this is the role for you

Successful Candidates will also have:

  • Full, unrestricted working rights within Australia
  • Experience in restaurant or retail hospitality
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts across weekends, public holidays and late nights
  • Currently holding, or willing to obtain, a Victorian RSA
  • Beer Knowledge (or keen attitude to learn about craft beer)
  • POS knowledge
