About the opportunity
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a genuine passion for food to lead and be a part of the kitchen. You will be able to bring your unique set of skills into the kitchen of Molly Rose and help to create a menu which highlights your food and our beer with it along with leading and working with a small team of chefs, creating a positive working environment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATES
We're looking for an experienced Head Chef who:
- Can lead a team of chefs in an efficient and professional manner
- Has interest in beer and food pairings
- Proven experience in pubs and similar establishments
- Experience in managing costs, kitchen compliance and management
- Maintains standards in food quality and kitchen cleanliness
- Fosters a positive working environment within the kitchen as well as the FOH team
We're looking for an experienced Commis Chef who:
- Works well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Has previous kitchen experience
- Is reliable, organised and happy to learn and improve
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Is a team player and is able to help other sections during service
