Job Title

A challenging opportunity exists for a proactive and organized individual to manage day-to-day shift operations, dispatch crews, and ensure crew welfare and fatigue management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and dispatch NEPT crews for both road and aeromedical transport services.
  • Monitor shift operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery across both modes.
  • Support crew welfare and fatigue management in alignment with RFDS policies.
  • Maintain effective operational communications with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with RFDS procedures, NEPT regulations, and clinical protocols.
  • Provide accurate administrative support, including data entry, invoicing, and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Organisational skills – ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain accurate records and schedules.
  • Communication skills – strong verbal and written communication, with professional interaction across teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail – high accuracy in documentation, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Technical proficiency – skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and open to learning new systems and tools.
  • Industry knowledge – understanding of NEPT operations and regulations; medical terminology knowledge is desirable.
  • Team coordination – experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to meet operational goals.
  • Aeromedical experience – prior experience in aeromedical or flight operations is desirable.
