As a HR Business Partner, you will provide coaching, advice, and support to leaders regarding people management across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding short/medium/long term business requirements and determining the most appropriate HR solutions.
  • Leading and governing key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Developing and implementing best practice HR strategies, policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Managing transactional and operational activities for allocated business groups.
  • Participating in global and local HR projects and initiatives.

About You

We are looking for a senior level HR generalist with relevant degree or experience in Human Resources.

You should have demonstrated knowledge of contemporary HR practices/legislation and their application in the workplace, as well as the ability to coach and influence a broad range of stakeholders.

Additionally, you should have a passion for developing inclusion and diversity programs and be flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
