We are seeking a highly skilled Fintech Client Support Specialist to join our Global Support Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our clients, working closely with their IT teams to resolve complex production issues with the Fenergo application.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary support contact for assigned accounts, driving issue resolution and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot technically complex issues, identifying root causes and collaborating with internal development teams to resolve defects.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer issues, understand customer systems and configuration, and provide proactive recommendations to drive business success.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming an expert on customer implementations and delivering exceptional support experiences.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in technical support, enterprise architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Leadership skills, with a proven track record of inspiring teams across multiple locations.
  • Ability to maintain self-control and objectivity in high-pressure situations, with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
