Job Description

At HOBAN Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Project Implementation Specialist to join our team in Sydney CBD. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to learn and implement various initiatives related to FinTech.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within the FinTech industry, preferably with Agile teams and Scrum/Kanban methodologies. They will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and Product Managers to ensure accurate documentation of requirements and effective implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new features and improvements to provide accurate information and support to clients and stakeholders.
  • Requirement Documentation: Liaise with clients, Stakeholders, and Product Managers to understand and document requirements accurately.
  • Product Configuration: Configure products or features based on documented requirements and ensure configurations meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Campaign and Project Coordination: Coordinate with multiple teams to run campaigns and execute projects effectively, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Develop clear and concise documentation to support product usage and implementation, including instructional materials such as videos and user guides.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the FinTech industry.
  • A strong understanding of software applications and project/product management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation and instructional materials.
  • Experience in coordinating projects and working with cross-functional teams.
