About the Role

The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for uncovering, analyzing, communicating, and validating business and user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems. They will translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

This role involves conducting technical analysis, developing and maintaining documentation, facilitating workshops, ensuring compliance with industry standards, supporting end-to-end project activities, and providing expertise in payments industry trends.

What You'll Need
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems and compliance requirements.
