About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced claims administration team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our claims management teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to our claims teams.
- Support your team by performing administrative tasks such as composing letters, maintaining spreadsheets, and filing documents.
- Develop your knowledge through on-the-job learning and attending courses as required.
- Book appointments and referrals with service providers.
- Upload relevant data into our systems in a timely manner.
- Provide high-quality customer service to all stakeholders.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has previous administration experience.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Has strong organisation and time management skills.
- Can enter data accurately and pay close attention to details.
- Excelled in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Loves being part of a team.
