Senior Claims Manager

We are seeking an experienced claims management leader to drive our member support and investigations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex claims and collaborating with solicitors to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a claims management strategy to optimize member support
- Collaborate with solicitors to provide guidance, advice, and support on complex claims
- Manage resources effectively to ensure timely resolution of claims
- Contribute to the development of claims services and support the medico-legal advice hotline
- Strong leadership skills and experience in insurance claims management
- Tertiary qualifications in law or health
- Valid practising certificate as a solicitor
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work in electronic document management systems
