Job Title: Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage CTP claims portfolios from lodgement to finalisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactive management of their own portfolio, maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive management of CTP claims portfolios from lodgement to finalisation
  • Maintain a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants
  • Compliance focus with legislation and regulations
  • Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers
  • Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements
  • Assess and manage injury needs of claimants and handle correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation
