We are seeking an experienced Inclusion Strategist to join our team in Queensland, Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support professional development and excellence in inclusion and wellbeing.

About the Role

  • Lead the development of agreed positions and evidence-informed strategies that support professional development and excellence in inclusion and wellbeing.
  • Manage and monitor progress of initiatives and projects, in collaboration with C&K Managers and other partners.
  • Represent C&K at an organisational level, including communication and advocacy of C&K's inclusion and wellbeing program for children and educators.
  • Ensure C&K's inclusion and wellbeing approach is embedded in the curriculum approach of all C&K services and programs.
  • Exemplify personal drive and integrity – taking personal responsibility for meeting objectives, showing initiative and committing energy to see that goals are achieved.

About You

  • You have a Bachelor's in Education (Early Childhood) or Postgraduate qualifications in a related field.
  • You have demonstrated successful experience developing and delivering efficient and effective strategies that improve outcomes for children and improve quality of programs and services provided across a dispersed early childhood service network.
  • You have evidence of sound professional experience that shows initiative and strong sense of personal responsibility for meeting objectives, commitment to personal development, and application of evidence, professional expertise and courage in decision making.

  • An estimated salary of AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
