We are looking for a Head of Business Excellence who will drive strategic implementation and oversight of the Project Management Office (PMO). As a leader and mentor, you will guide the development of project and change management governance frameworks, methodologies, and tools tailored to our specific needs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving process standardization and change management by developing, implementing, and maintaining project management and change management methodologies, standards, and tools.
  • Leading Project Governance and continuous improvement by aligning projects with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Prioritizing and managing the project portfolio to balance resource allocation and strategic importance.
  • Identifying, assessing, and managing project and change management risks and issues.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of children in our care and contribute to the growth and development of our teams.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A valid Blue Card and current Police Check.
