Lead a Team of Dedicated Educators

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education professional to join our team at C&K Kedron. As an Assistant Director, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations and supporting our Director in achieving our centre's goals.

You will have the opportunity to take on Educational Leadership responsibilities and contribute to meaningful projects that benefit our children, families, and community. About the Role
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our centre, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care services.
  • Support our Director in strategic planning, goal setting, and outcome-based decision making.
  • Collaborate with our team of passionate educators to develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of positive relationships with families, communities, and stakeholders.
About You
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
