About the Role
As a key member of our consumables team, you will take responsibility for supporting the delivery of our contractual and operational requirements across the consumable portfolio. Your day-to-day workflow will involve managing our suppliers and responding to operational queries from internal stakeholders and store teams. You will also be responsible for documenting processes and procedures, building efficiencies within our stakeholder network, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across supplier processes, contract management, and management of field queries with measurable benefits.
- Manage and resolve escalations in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain support inboxes.
- Build reports to support management, track contract performance, and drive required compliance in the field.
- Track and raise invoices across all contracts, including dispute resolution.
About You and Your Skills
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a similar role in fast-paced, retail or service-based industries.
- The ability to quickly build strong working relationships with key stakeholders in a fast-paced and complex work environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite, particularly Excel.
- A level of comfort with databases and systems.
- The ability to adapt combined with effective problem-solving skills.
