About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at The Fresh Collective, a leading hospitality group in Sydney. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategies and campaigns across all Food and Beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing Director in developing and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive visitation, repeat purchase, and retention for all Fresh outlets.
  • Implement key marketing activities and campaigns, including building monthly newsletters and engaging email marketing campaigns to drive bookings.
  • Manage venue website updates, including content creation and scheduling.
  • Assist with managing partnership contracts and basic SEO for websites.
  • Support key venue partners by providing executional support for bespoke activities.
  • Engage with key management to create relevant promotions, events, and offers.
  • Manage agendas for weekly and monthly marketing meetings with venue partners.
About You
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Marketing degree preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • A love of food, dining out, and providing a premium customer experience.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
