Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to identify and execute client needs.
  • Attend all required internal business meetings.
  • Prepare and present reports, data analysis, and recommendations.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for clients.
  • Identify opportunities to promote our solutions to existing clients.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with business software tools.
  • Understand our systems and processes.
  • Champion our company values, purpose, and vision internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment is ideal, but we also consider customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience.
  • Knowledge or experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media Advertising is a bonus.
  • Passion for the digital landscape.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to quickly build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with various teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learning ability.
  • Excitement about working in a constantly evolving industry.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
