Starting your career in business as a trainee offers numerous benefits and opportunities for growth. In this role, you will gain 12 months of industry experience and a formal qualification while studying for a Certificate III in Business.

You will work within a company that specializes in the manufacture of satellite and lunar testing equipment components. This organization has been at the forefront of engineering since its inception in 1965.

The job involves performing various administrative tasks accurately and promptly, including answering routine queries, taking messages, following up on action items, preparing and sending standard written communications, maintaining databases and registers, and communicating effectively with managers and staff to assist in the professional operation of the business.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to answer calls, assist with enquiries, provide customer service to your team members and management, and complete general office duties.

To be successful in this role, you must not have completed a Cert III or higher in Business. You will need to possess great attention to detail, general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a driving license and transport, professional personal presentation, and a friendly positive can-do attitude.
