Business Development ProfessionalAbout the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to lead our sales and delivery of objectives through active promotion of Building Automation services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating sales, managing service and maintenance contracts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sub-contractors, and suppliers
- Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians and customers
- Liaise with site contacts to submit timely quotations for additional works
- Work proactively to achieve company financial objectives
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Resolve customer service and account disputes in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Building Automation and HVAC Industry
- People management and team-working experience
- Strong knowledge of Building Automation Technologies, Designs, and related industries
- Strong problem-solving ability and initiatives
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to develop and sell commercial contracts
