
Technical Support Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide expert level technical assistance and support for our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, cloud computing, and database administration. They will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing maintenance and upgrades for commercial software products, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet service level agreements.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support and maintenance for software products
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and investigating bugs
- Accurately documenting actions and resolutions in service management tools
- Collaborating closely with software developers, UX designers, analysts, and SMEs
Key qualifications include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL, including advanced queries and database optimization
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud troubleshooting
- Broad technical expertise across various platforms and systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
