Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Policy Governance Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing a robust policy governance framework that aligns with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and assist in the execution of the policy governance framework.
  • Ensure that all new or updated policies and related documents are consistent with the established governance framework.

  • Monitor adherence to the governance framework, identifying opportunities for enhancement and supporting corrective actions.

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing policy governance frameworks within a governmental or complex organizational context.
  • Proven track record in best practice governance, with the ability to assist in drafting policies and ensuring compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
  • Experience in driving improvements through innovative ideas and approaches to governance services.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering insights and reports to senior leadership.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, law, or commerce, or equivalent experience.
