The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Lead to enhance our regulatory compliance efforts in Aged Care. In this role, you will coordinate compliance processes, manage submissions to regulatory authorities, and develop robust policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate compliance processes and manage submissions to regulatory authorities
  • Develop and implement robust policies and programs to ensure compliance
  • Identify risk areas and provide expert advice to mitigate risks
  • Support governance initiatives and promote a high-quality Compliance Program
  • Create training materials for our team to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing with Aged Care experience or previous 5+ years experience within a compliance position in Aged Care
  • Current unrestricted drivers' licence
  • Proven ability to successfully implement compliance requirements
  • Proven experience or strong knowledge of Aged Care Reforms
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
