Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and analyse reports using statistical techniques.
  • Coordinate divisional and branch reporting requirements.
  • Develop business functional requirements aligned with policy and legislative frameworks.
  • Translate business metrics to support internal stakeholders in optimising customer experience.
  • Design and deliver workshops and communication materials for complex systems.
  • Implement governance, compliance, and performance tracking systems.
  • Maintain audit and risk controls and resolve issues as they arise.
