Transport Compliance Lead Role

We are currently seeking a Transport Compliance Lead to join our team, based in Beresfield. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the Group.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Mandatory Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Transport Compliance, Transport Driver, Allocator, or other transport/heavy haulage related role.
  • Proven hands-on experience working under and/or maintaining NHVAS accreditations.
  • Strong knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations and safe work practices.
  • Experience working directly with heavy vehicle drivers.
  • Experience working with Transport Subcontractors.
  • Ability to advise on NHVAS matters, including compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
  • Ability to complete non-compliance, incident reporting, and investigations.
  • Competent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate people.
  • Ability to problem solve and make effective decisions.
  • Current Australian Driver's License.
  • Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience working with GPS tracking software and/or Telematic systems.
  • Experience leading and/or participating in audits.
  • Experience in supporting the maintenance of management systems.
  • Experience using the NHVR Portal.
