Our Helicopters business is an experienced provider of mission-critical helicopter services and training for Government, Defence, and the civil sector. We operate a fleet of aircraft and provide maintenance and flight operations in support of ADF capability.

Toll operates the Toll Ambulance Rescue Helicopter Service on behalf of NSW Health for the NSW and ACT communities.

We are seeking an Aviation Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Bankstown. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain, stores, and logistics of our equipment, spare parts, and consumable inventory.

  • The role will involve managing the timely actions of the supply chain, including aviation and commercial stores, logistics of equipment, spare parts, and consumable inventory to ensure helicopter availability is maximized and records are accurate.
  • You will be self-supervising and bringing to the attention of the relevant maintenance manager any non-compliance with Toll Helicopter Policy and Procedure issues.
  • Ensure any maintenance requiring specialist services is carried out by suitably qualified suppliers.
  • Complete documentation records correctly.
  • Show initiative, persistence, and continuous improvement in all processes.
  • Knowledge of CASA and WHS regulatory requirements & processes as they pertain to aircraft and safety.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Possess good communication skills and conflict resolution skills.
  • Possess good technology skills to operate the company ERP system.
  • Be medically fit to lift and move heavy inventory items and work in confined spaces and at heights on platforms around aircraft and in vehicles.
  • Be able to concentrate and have an attention to detail in all work (this work is responsible for public safety). A highly organized and systematic person.
  • A trade background would be desired.
  • Work effectively and flexibly within available time.
  • Previous experience working within a warehouse environment would be desired.
  • A valid forklift license would be desired.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of Toll's Helicopters business. As an Aviation Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our supply chain, stores, and logistics.

The estimated salary range for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
