  • Leverage your skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement to drive successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Support senior consultants in managing client relationships and understanding client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing feedback to both parties.
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance recruitment skills.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify recruitment opportunities.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 12 months of experience in agency recruitment or sales-related roles, complemented by a degree in Supply Chain or a related field.

This background provides a strong foundation for success in this position, offering practical knowledge of candidate sourcing, client engagement, and negotiation techniques, along with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain principles.
