Supply Chain Finance Leadership Role at Kellogg's Australia

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Finance Director to join our team in Australia.

The estimated annual salary for this position is AU$170,000 - AU$220,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our supply chain finance team, where you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to our supply chain function across ANZ. As part of the Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive cost savings
  • Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial submissions
  • Collaborating with the commercial and R&D teams to understand cost drivers and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team of finance professionals
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing finance, with a strong focus on supply chain and logistics
  • CA/CPA qualification and excellent technical skills in costing, CAPEX, and factory expenses
  • Experience working in the FMCG industry, with a deep understanding of warehousing and logistics
  • Excellent business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

You will be based in Sydney or Melbourne and will report directly to the ANZ CFO. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global food company and make a meaningful impact on our supply chain finance operations.
