About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Supply Chain Recruitment Expert to collaborate closely with our Director of Supply Chain and Operations, developing a well-established network of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
  • Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Support senior consultants in managing client relationships and understanding client requirements.
  • Assist with coordinating interviews between candidates and clients and provide feedback to both parties.
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance recruitment skills.
Requirements

A minimum of 12 months of experience in agency recruitment or sales-related roles, complemented by a degree in Supply Chain or a related field.

Practical knowledge of candidate sourcing, client engagement, and negotiation techniques, along with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain principles.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
